Ultimate Villa del Monte wine
We are looking forward to participating in the 16th annual Ultimate Winemaker’s Dinner on Tuesday, February 22 at Shadowbrook Restaurant in Capitola. The evening will start with a wine tasting in the Rock Room Lounge and then we will move into the dining room for a special five course meal, with wine pairings of course. We received the menu from the chef and have thoughtfully paired our wines with the courses—be prepared for some tasty surprises.
