On Tuesday, February 28, you can dine with winemakers John Overstreet and Neil Perrelli at the annual Ultimate Winemakers Dinner. The evening starts with a wine tasting in the Rock Room Lounge, followed by an intimate gourmet meal in the dining rooms, which are closed to the public that day. The gourmet dinner menu includes tasty treats such as black pepper ravioli, egg and caviar, Kubocha bisque, prickly pear ice intermezzo, filet mignon, roasted squab, or winter vegetable terrine.
On Wednesday, February 29, celebrate Leap Day with us at Winemaker Wednesday which runs from 5 to 8 pm, also at Shadowbrook. Winemakers John Overstreet and Neil Perrelli will be on hand to pour sample sizes of wine and talk about all things wine. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Shadowbroook. Wine will be available for purchase at deep discounts.
