Grapes and Villa del Monte wine
This is going to be an exciting and busy week! We’re looking forward to Tuesday when we will pick and crush two tons of Pinot from Regan Vineyards in the southern part of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Our grower says the fruit is looking beautiful!
Meanwhile, the Syrah is cold-soaking in the winery, and we have started fermenting our Syrah Rosé, which will be a dry, refreshingly fruity wine when bottled next year.
