All around us, there are wonderful food smells. But nothing, no nothing, beats walking into the winery during these days of crush. The winery is filled with the aromas from two tons of freshly crushed Pinot from the Regan Vineyard in Corralitos, CA. The cherry aroma hits you first and is quickly followed by the more subtle scents of spice, flowers, and savory herbs. Today, we will be pressing the Pinot, extracting the juice and eventually moving it to barrels so it can gradually age into the delicate wine that pairs well with camembert, gruyere, chicken, pork tenderloins, seafood, and pasta among other things. We can’t wait to pour a glass for you to taste!
