Rootstock Wine Bar, a new wine bar located in downtown Los Gatos, now offers Villa del Monte Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay. In addition to featuring many local wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains appellation, Rootstock offers a food menu that is perfect for wine tasting. You’ll find small bites, cheese plates, seasonal salads, flatbreads, and sandwiches. We suggest ordering their signature flatbread (Mozzarella, Raw Olive Oil, Chili Flake, Torn Basil, Salt & Pepper) with a glass of Villa del Monte Chardonnay.
Outdoor seating, wines by the glass or by the bottle, wine-friendly food, and a knowledgeable staff make this a welcome addition to the Los Gatos epicurean scene.
Rootstock is open from 4 – 9 pm Sun, Tues-Wed; 4-11 pm, Thurs; and 4 pm – 1 am, Fri-Sat. Closed on Mondays.
