“Being from Georgia, I like a holiday meal with southern accents,” says John.  “My favorites include a standing rib roast, steamed kale and collard greens, roasted root vegetables, black-eyed peas, and skillet cornbread.  The fruitiness of our 2010 Pinot Noir works well with this menu.”

Neil, born and bred in California, prefers “roast lamb with a pecan crust, sautéed carrots, and a creamy polenta with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese, served with Syrah.  The richness and robustness of lamb works well with the complexity of our 2009 Syrah.”
