If you are old enough to drink, you are most likely old enough to remember how Scooby Doo would exclaim “Ruh Roh” whenever he encountered a dire situation. I was reminded of this infamous Scooby Doo phrase earlier today when I visited Summit Store in Los Gatos. I was surprised to see that they are down to two bottles of 2012 Villa del Monte Santa Cruz Mountains William Vincent Pinot Noir! And not just any two bottles — these are the last two bottles of this award-winning wine. We sold out of it at the winery shortly after it won a Gold Medal in the 2015 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
If you are looking for a gold winner, hurry to Summit Store. And remember that you can shop for Villa del Monte wines at Summit Store whenever you are in the neighborhood and the winery is closed.
